Ingredients
- 1lb grass fed ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy vay island teriyaki
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 diced jalapenos
- 1/3 cup diced cilantro
- 1 bunch diced scallions
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions
- combine beef, teriyaki, cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, scallions, garlic, and salt & pepper.
- form into 4 patties.
- sear burgers on the grill 2 minutes each side or until desired temperature.
- garnish and serve on hamburger buns.
